Full-Chip Systems – Earth Effects

Our Earth Effects coating system series consists of 10 beautiful blends: 69 Karat, Amber Ale, Caramel Latte, Copper Mine, Desert Twilight, Graphite, Ironwood, Paron, Silver Spirits and Stardust. But what’s most unique about our Earth Effects series is that each blends mica mineral stone into the PVA chip mix.  Mica is  a natural, reflective silicate mineral that provides our Earth Effects flooring with unique texture, pattern and incredible reflectivity. Traditional thermoplastic, which is the standard industry offering,  simply can’t compete. We’re the only company that offers this cutting-edge option! Earth Effects coating systems (like our Bagari SE and Vintage Mica system series) consist of a thick 100%-solids moisture-mitigating primer coat,  a full-chip mica stone-infused broadcast, and two 100%-solids polyaspartic top coats. The result is an ultra-thick coating system (not wafer-thin like 1-day systems) that makes our flooring far more resilient…warranted against all moisture-related issues and “hot tire” transfer.
